CV Quantum System Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully: Unless otherwise agreed between you as the user and CV Quantum System in writing, the following Terms & Conditions will govern the sales and services of CV Quantum System products, software, services, support and maintenance services to its lawful users. By selecting “I Accept” option located at end of this terms & conditions where these terms & Condition may be displayed, you agreed to the terms & Conditions Below. If you do not agree to these terms & Conditions, it may affect sales of CV Quantum System products, software, services, support and maintenance services.
1. Purchase. CV Quantum System may send a confirmation email to acknowledge the purchase, however, this does not complete the purchase until we send you notice/email that the product has shipped. CV Quantum System reserve right to decline or cancel your purchase for any reason, including error or suspected fraud. This may occur even after the completion of purchase. CV Quantum System may not ship product until all payment has been received.
2. Return Policy. 30-days return policy to eligible products with proof of purchase. Product must not be damaged with all original parts that was shipped to you. Applies only to products purchased directly from CV Quantum System. Return Policy will not apply to products purchased from 3rd party. CV Quantum System may return all funds excluding restocking fee of 20% unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of error from CV Quantum System.
A. Returning Products with Promotion & Discounts. Please contact CV Quantum System support team via email for pricing detail.
3. Warranties. CV Quantum System offers life time warranties with monthly subscription with products purchased in the U.S.; No warranty provided with delinquent subscription payment or expired subscription. To revive warranty service, 50% of delinquent payment must be paid. Purchaser can revive warranty service up to 2 times. If/when warranty service is terminated 3 times, warranty service is permanently terminated.
4. Subscription Service. CV Quantum System offersmonthly subscription serviceswhich it includes warranties to hardware products, system updates and access to online manage try-on account located at www.managetryon.com. Subscription service will terminate if/when you have delinquent payments of more than 2 months. To revive subscription service, 50% of delinquent payment must be paid. Purchaser can revive Subscription service up to 2 times. If/when subscription service is terminated 3 times, Subscription service is permanently terminated.
5. Promotional Products & Discounts. Price of promotional products & discounts are subject to change anytime without notice. CV Quantum System will do the best to display and advertise accurate pricing and product information prior to your purchase.
5. Taxes and Fees. Purchasers are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with their purchase.
